Show HN: KeyboardStack – Navigate your Mac without a mouse or trackpad

About two years ago, I built KeyboardStack as my first macOS app. Since then, I've kept working on it, fixing bugs, improving things, and adding new features.

I spend a lot of time in front of my computer, and I'm always looking for ways to be more productive. Constantly switching between my keyboard and mouse or trackpad was slowing me down and breaking my flow, even for something as simple as clicking a button.

I wanted to be able to navigate my entire Mac using just my keyboard, across all my apps.

So I built KeyboardStack, a native macOS app that lets you navigate, click, and scroll without having to reach for your mouse or trackpad.

One feature is the Grid Mode. Press ⌃H to display a grid on your screen, type a few letters, and click anywhere. There are also other modes for navigating clickable elements, scrolling, and moving the cursor.

There are already some great apps like Homerow. What I wanted to do differently was combine keyboard hints with a grid, so you can still click anywhere, even when an element isn't detected as clickable.

Grid Mode is completely free and will stay free forever. The other modes are available for a $29.99 one-time purchase. No subscription.

I'm still working on KeyboardStack and would love to hear what you think. Any feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions are welcome! I'm also happy to answer any questions about how it works.
